This team is responsible for the overall growth of revenue and profitability, combined with ensuring all customers are looked after daily. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for all interactions with internal and external customers through telephone communication. Under the general supervision of the Customer Experience Manager you will be championed to provide a high level of customer service to retain and grow Pepco's customer base. Key Responsibilities Answer inquiries from customers; Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner; Liaise with various customers on changes, delays, or possible complications; Process orders and resolve payment, refund and billing issues; Dispatch sales-related documents (i.e. proposals, contracts and follow-ups on leads); Gather customer information to open new accounts; Enter data in computer systems such as CRM and Petroplus; Participate in various outbound campaigns Our ideal candidate · Bilingual (French and English); · Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience; · Post-secondary education diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience; · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; · Sound verbal and written communication skills; · Thrives in a fast-paced environment; · Proven commitment to customer satisfaction in previous roles; · Teamwork driven attitude and strong active listening skills; · Conflict resolution skills - ability to understand problems clearly and offer possible solutions.
