You will manage the relationship and client portfolios for some of our largest clients with a goal to help each achieve joint business goals and maintain client satisfaction with our services.
As a Sensei Snr. Account Manager, you should have solid experience in digital marketing and web/application development with a customer service approach, especially in the financial services or technology/healthcare space. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
