Job Brief 

You will manage the relationship and client portfolios for some of our largest clients with a goal to help each achieve joint business goals and maintain client satisfaction with our services.

As a Sensei Snr. Account Manager, you should have solid experience in digital marketing and web/application development with a customer service approach, especially in the financial services or technology/healthcare space. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for assigned, taking lead on driving project success and client satisfaction, building strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Project manage short- and long-term campaign execution
• Manage campaign/project P&Ls
• Analyze the client’s industry trends and its business needs to identify/foster long-term strategies for client success, driving client’s ROI
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner, through weekly status meetings, status reports, and quarterly analysis reviews
• Analyze and report on campaign success, from development to execution
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

 To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven work experience as digital account manager, with focus on healthcare, financial services or telco industries,
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Proven experience with senior level customer service and account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• BSc degree in Marketing, Technology or relevant field
• Minimum three years working within a marketing agency or marketing department for a mid- to large-size business.
• Work at downtown Toronto office with occasional travel across Canada and the United States
