Welcome To Eritage - Applying For The Restaurant Manager Position

The Eritage team is dedicated to providing authentic, sincere and anticipatory service and provide a place of genuine warmth and exceptional experiences. The restaurant manager leads the team by example.  In addition to operational duties such as FOH scheduling, staff training, floor management and the beverage program, the restaurant manager is hands-on helping to serve tables, bartend, expedite and provide support to the service staff.  Eritage is only open for dinner so the position requires evening and weekend shifts.  The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, a self-starter and able to lead others in a positive work environment.
