JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: District Manager Edmonton and Northern Alberta

Location:  Locations Across Edmonton & Northern Alberta

Job Type: Full Time-Salary

Compensation: We offer competitive wages, bonus plan, benefits and many team incentives!

Hours: Variable-must be available to work nights, weekends when required

Required Skills: 

  • Looking first & foremost for a Dynamic People Leader
  • Must posses 3-5 years multi-unit leadership experience or equivalent in experience
  • Big Picture thinker with strong Business Acumen
  • Versed in P&L analysis and accountable
  • Provide mentoring to 6-8 Store teams
  • Able to provide guidance and support to help grow the brand

This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be a key team member in the expansion plans we have for the coming years.
