We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to report to the Executive Chef and work with James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Our menu embraces a craftsman’s approach to cooking, using live fire as a medium and look for the best ways to highlight the highest quality ingredients. The Sous Chef is responsible for setting the standards of exceptional guest experiences. May plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
