We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to report to the Executive Chef and help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Our menu embraces a craftsman’s approach to cooking, using live fire as a medium and looking for the best ways to highlight the highest quality ingredients. The Sous Chef is responsible for setting the standards for exceptional guest experiences. This role may plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts and oversee the kitchen teak.
